A clear example of a garden room with multi-functional pergola as an extension of the living space.
For this proud owner, the consideration was buying another house or a large-scale renovation where the renovation has won out for obvious reasons.
Due to the total approach and coordination of GESBO, the integration of the garden room is complete and there is hardly any "additional construction". The application of high-efficiency glazing and profiles, the extra-insulated walls and flat roof make this garden room a fully-fledged living space, 12 months a year. This is also why the rear facade has been broken open to make the integration complete.
The walls insulated on the outside, occupied with crepe, fit seamlessly with the main building, also occupied in crepe, creating a real unity.
The pergola with electrically tiltable aluminium slats allow sunlight if desired and block out the sun as soon as more shade is needed.
